Towing Information Checklist

tickbox Make sure your trailer is roadworthy and registered.

tickbox Check the tyres for tread, pressure, and deterioration.

tickbox Check the Wheel Bearings for Rust and wear.

tickbox Test the Wiring and make sure that all lights are working properly.

tickbox Check the Towbar and Safety Chain on your car for any damage or loose connections.

tickbox Make sure your trailer doesn't exceed the maximum Tow Weight for your car and towbar.

tickbox Check that the Technical Ratings of your car and trailer are compatible with the load you intend to tow.

tickbox Check your Vehical Owners Manual for the car's recommended towing capacity, towball download and speed limits when towing.
